There is a wonderful new resource available for Stroud Preserve visitors. An extremely dedicated NLT volunteer authored a list of birds found at Stroud based on his years of Preserve visits. The list, of nearly 120 species, indicates the frequency of sightings and gives the months when sightings most often occur. Unfortunately, the list isn't yet available in large enough numbers to place with our popular Preserve brochures - located at the kiosk. Ask any Natural Lands Trust staff members on the Preserve (look for us atop tractor or truck) to provide you a list and we will gladly oblige. If you're one of the lucky birders that spots a species not already listed you can contact me at email@example.com to add your bird to the flock. Happy hunting.
